Astral Plane

A term borrowed from broader esoteric tradition; loosely overlaps with time/space.

Advanced definition

Astral plane is older terminology from theosophy and esoteric Christianity, often used to describe a non-physical region of vivid imagery, emotion, and contact. In this study it overlaps with portions of time/space but is not identical to it.

Law of One context

Treated with care: this study has its own vocabulary, and borrowed terms can flatten its more precise distinctions.

Common misunderstanding

Astral does not mean 'spiritually safe.' It is a region where projection and contact mix; discernment is required.

Healthy application

If you use this word, treat it as approximate. Prefer the study's own vocabulary when precision matters.

Cautions

  • So-called 'astral' contact deserves the same discernment as any other channeled or non-physical input.
For reflection

"Am I using familiar esoteric words to avoid the harder precision of this study?"
