Awareness, in this frame, is prior to thought, sensation, and identity. It is what notices, not what is noticed. Densities and bodies are seen as instruments awareness uses to know itself.

Awareness is not the same as intellect or attention span. A clever mind can be unaware; a quiet one can be deeply aware.
