Daily practice of clearing and harmonizing the rays from red through violet.

A reflective practice in which the day's catalyst is reviewed center by center, distortions are acknowledged and softened, and energy is allowed to move freely up the column from survival to crown.
Common misunderstanding
Balance does not mean blandness. A balanced center can feel strongly and still move energy through.
Healthy application
A short evening review — what stirred which center today, where did energy lock, what would restore flow — keeps the column honest.
