Integration

The settling of catalyst into stable understanding and capacity.

Advanced definition

Integration is what happens after catalyst is met: the lesson is no longer a wound or a drama but becomes a quiet capacity. The experience is now part of the being rather than something the being is reacting to.

Law of One context

Treated as the back half of the catalyst cycle. Unintegrated catalyst tends to recur, in new costumes, until it is met.

Common misunderstanding

Integration is not 'getting over it' or 'moving on.' It is the experience taking its rightful place in the mind/body/spirit complex.

Healthy application

After a hard period, ask: what am I now able to do, or hold, that I couldn't before? That is the integration.
For reflection

"What did the last hard year leave me with that I am only now able to use?"
