A potentiated mind is one that has been worked enough — by catalyst, balancing, contemplation — that subtler levels are available to it. It is the mind ready to receive what an unworked mind would miss.
Common misunderstanding
Potentiation is not the same as being well-read. Reading without inner work informs the conscious mind without potentiating the deeper layers.
