Catalyst Spiral

The pattern by which the same lesson returns in escalating form until it is met.

Advanced definition

When catalyst is offered and not metabolized, it tends to recur — often louder. The spiral is the recognizable shape of an unfinished lesson coming back around.

Healthy application

Treat repetition as information, not punishment. Ask what the earlier, gentler version was trying to teach.

Misuse warning

Do not blame yourself for every recurring difficulty. Some patterns are external and structural, not karmic feedback.
For reflection

"What pattern has come around again that I would rather not look at?"
