Energy activation is the process by which a particular energy center comes online and begins to pass the universal energy. It can be gradual or sudden, and is usually triggered by integrated catalyst rather than technique alone.

Sequential in principle: lower centers stabilize first, providing a base for the higher ones. Skipping ahead is rarely stable.
Common misunderstanding
Activation is not a technique you can buy. Methods can support it; they cannot manufacture it without the underlying work.

Do the work the next center asks for — usually unglamorous — rather than chasing peak experiences.
