Energy balance is the condition in which each center is open enough to pass the universal energy without being overactive, underactive, or distorted by unhealed material. No center dominates; none is starved.

Treated as the working aim of much spiritual practice. The goal is not 'more energy' but clean flow through all centers.
Common misunderstanding
Balance is not flatness. Each center still has its strong color; balance simply means each is honored.
