Overactive Energy

Energy moving without balance through a particular center.

Advanced definition

Overactive energy describes a center that is doing too much of the work, often compensating for under-activity in another. The center fires constantly, with little flow upward; the being becomes locked into that single mode.

Law of One context

Treated as a balance problem rather than a moral one. The corrective is rarely 'shut this center down' — it is to open what is starved so the overactive one can relax.

Common misunderstanding

Overactivity is not the same as strength. A center can be loud and still blocked.

Healthy application

Where you feel constantly fired up in one mode (anger, lust, analysis, control), look for what you are not letting yourself feel underneath it.
For reflection

"Which center in me is loud because another one is starving?"
