The lower energy centers handle survival (red), personal and one-to-one relationships (orange), and group or social life (yellow). They are the foundation on which the heart and higher centers can stably open.
Law of One context
Not 'low' in a value sense. A blocked lower center reliably destabilizes any higher work; honoring them is part of mature practice.
Common misunderstanding
Spiritual culture often treats the lower centers as embarrassing. The study treats them as essential.
Healthy application
If you feel ungrounded or fragile, do not push higher practice. Tend the lower centers first — sleep, body, basic relationships, honest work.
